Terms and Conditions (English)


Chapter 1 Purposes and Principles

Article 1 (Purpose)

Terms and Conditions (”Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and SHIFT (”SHIFT” or “we”) on using a platform and related services (”service”) provided by SHIFT.

Article 2 (Definitions of Words and Terms)

  1. In these Terms and Conditions, the terms are defined as following.
  2. Terms used in the Terms and Conditions but not defined in Act 1 follows the guide by each service or related / general legislation.

Article 3 (Specifying, Validating and Revising the Terms and Conditions)

  1. SHIFT will post the Terms on the bottom of the website and the sign up page so that Users can easily understand them. However, the contents of the Terms can be viewed by the User through another page.

  2. SHIFT may amend the Terms to not violate the relevant laws, such as <the Consumer Protection Act>, <the Regulation of Terms and Conditions Act>, <the Information Network Act>, <the Online Digital Content Industry Development Act>, and the changed Terms shall be announced by the method explained at Act 1 or sent to the same email address.

  3. Members should visit the website regularly to check for changes to the Terms. SHIFT is not responsible for damage caused by Members who do not know the information about the changed Terms. However, if the Terms are changed against the User, SHIFT clearly compares the contents before and after the revision to make it easier for the User to understand, and sends the revised Terms to existing Members by email address.

  4. If a Member does not agree to the changed Terms, he or she may request withdrawal. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of the changed Terms, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changes to the Terms.

Chapter 2 Sign Up

Article 4 (Sign Up)

  1. If a User of the Service enters the required information including the membership ID (email) in the sign up form set by SHIFT and presses the consent button or checks, he or she agrees to the Terms and is considered as a Member.
